Survey 1: Visual Preference Survey

Rank images of retail, business and residential properties by taking part in a Visual Preference Survey. The information gathered from this survey will be used by Goody Clancy in the development of ordinance recommendations for City.

Survey 2: Preliminary Master Plan Concept Feedback

During the September 19, 2012 Draft Master Plan Concepts Presentation and Open House, Goody Clancy asked participants for feedback on the Preliminary Master Plan Concepts. If you missed the meeting, you can still submit your feedback to Goody Clancy below.

1. Community vision: The five community vision principles accurately capture the main goals Sandy Springs community members have expressed for the City Center.

2. Walkable development focus areas: Appropriate development and infrastructure investment in the focus areas identified will generally do more to catalyze further City Center reinvestment than will development in other areas.

3. Vision Illustrations: The range of before/after illustrations shows a series of City Center opportunities that are both inspiring and achievable. The types of activities and the scale of buildings, streets and parks look appropriate.
